Wymara Ltd. has applied to the Telecommunications Commission for a Land Mobile Radio Licence to establish and operate a private radiocommunication system to facilitate communication between company employees. The two-way radio system is intended to utilize the following frequency channels below to support its communication activities.

Starlink Caribbean, LLC has applied to the Telecommunications Commission for an Internet Service Provider Licence, to offer high-speed internet services across the Turks and Caicos Islands using satellite communications. The proposed service aims to provide connectivity with end user terminals on land, maritime, and aerial platforms and will utilize spectrum in the Ku-band for this purpose, on a shared basis, as listed below.

The Commission is requesting quotes for a Consultant to assist the Commission in undertaking a fourth interconnection rate review in TCI. The rate review would cover domestic MTRs, FTRs and transit rates for all operators. It would be based on the application of benchmarking methodology and would include a public consultation process.
