On 20 February 2018, the Turks and Caicos Islands Telecommunications Commission (the
“Commission”) issued a Consultation Document on the Telecommunications (Fee Structure)
Regulations 2016 (the “Fee Regulations”). The Consultation Document included a number of
proposed amendments to the Fee Regulations, including proposed changes to the
telecommunications network and service fees (Regulation 3) and spectrum licence fees
(Regulation 4).
