Spectrum Allocations in the 2300 MHz to 2450MHz band

In accordance with section 30 of the Telecommunications Ordinance 2004 and sub-sections 4(6), (7) and (8) of the Frequency Management Regulations 2005, the Turks and Caicos Islands Telecommunications Commission establishes the following allocations pertaining to the 2300 MHz to 2450 MHz band and in the method for authorizing the use of this band as set out in the table below. The allocations are as set out in TCITC Decision 2009 – 3, dated February 17, 2009 and are effective as of that date.
