The Commission announces the release for comments and consultation on the National Fiber Ring Consultation Document.

WHEREAS, the Telecommunications Commission pursuant to the Telecommunications (Administrative Procedure) Regulations 2008, the Commission is initiating the present consultation process to seek comment on the National Fiber Ring Proposal.
NOW THEREFORE, the Commission announces the release for comments and consultation on the National Fiber Ring Consultation Document below.
ACCORDINGLY, the Commission invites interested parties to provide their input and comments with respect to the issues raised in the proposal. Respondents who wish to provide input and comments or on this Consultation Document are invited to submit their Responses in writing to the Commission. Responses shall also be submitted in electronic form to facilitate further distribution.
The filing deadlines for responses must be received by the Commission no later than 3:30 p.m. local time on Friday, September 16, 2016.
Responses filed in relation to this Fiber Ring Consultation Document may be submitted to one or more of the following addresses:

The Commission welcomes all Responses on this Consultation Document and Respondents are not required to comment on all Consultation Questions. The Commission is under no obligation to adopt the views or proposals of any Respondent.
Claims of confidentiality will be determined by the Commission on a case-by-case basis, and in compliance with the requirements set out in Section 19 of the Administrative Regulations.
