The Telecommunications Commission (the “”Commission””) launched a consultation process on proposed amendments to the Telecommunications (Fee Structure) Regulations 2016 (the “”Fee Structure Regulations””) published February 20, 2018, which is available on the Commission’s website at http://www.telecommission.tc. This consultation document invited interested parties to provide comments on the ConDoc by March 16, 2018.
Today, March 16, 2018, Digicel TCI asked the Commission for an extension of the filing date for the responses to the Fee Structure Regulation to March 21, 2018. In order to provide Digicel and other parties sufficient time to prepare responses to this consultation process, the Commission has decided to extend the submission filing dates as requested. As such, the revised submission date for responses are sought by March 21, 2018 by 4 pm.
