The Strategic Outline and Commercial Business Case (SOBC) –Tender Reference Number TR 22/19 study will seek to verify if there is an economic need for the project, and if so, to identify the societal benefits the project will deliver to the TCI and the Turks and Caicos Islands Government (TCIG), so the TCIG can make an informed decision on whether or not to proceed with the build-out of the project.
