The Telecommunications Commission (the “Commission”) previously initiated a consultation process to review the Number Portability in the Turks and Caicos Islands (“TCI”). The Commission received two responses to the consultation from Digicel and Flow. In the interests of transparency and constructive debate, the Commission is now publishing those responses for comment.
