The following Spectrum License was issued in accordance with Section (35) of the Chapter 14.02 Telecommunications Ordinance 2009 has been amended.
DN 2016-3 Gracebay Car Rental – Spectrum License – Cancellation
TCI Telecommunications Commission (‘the Commission”) advises that the following Spectrum License to operate a Land Mobile Radio communication system in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands has been cancelled, effective January 21, 2016 in accordance with Section 54(1) of the Chapter 14.02 Telecommunications Ordinance 2009.

The request for approval to transfer ownership and control of Cable and Wireless (TCI) Limited (“CWTCI”) and Columbus Networks Ltd (“CNL”) from Cable and Wireless Communications plc (“CWC”) to Liberty Global plc (“Liberty Global”) has been approved.
