The Turks & Caicos Islands Telecommunications Commission releases a Decision Notice 2025-14 in response to a public consultation exercise conducted to review the domestic voice-service interconnection rate levels in the Turks and Caicos Islands, including the Mobile Termination Rate (MTR), fixed termination rate, and transit rate.
Based on the Commission’s benchmarking analysis and considering the submissions of interested parties – Cable & Wireless (TCI) Ltd. (“Flow”) and Digicel (TCI) Ltd. – the Commission has determined that the maximum allowable interconnection rates should be reduced. (Review Decision 2025-14 for full details).
